beautifully scandalous and challenges conventional frameworks

S omeone once told me, “You’re beautifully scandalous and challenge conventional frameworks. “I’m not sure just anyone hearing words like that would feel as though they were a compliment but to me they were music. From a young age, I never subscribed to a quiet demure existence. I asked questions. I shared vision. I was direct. Often, this approach to life got me in trouble…or at very least a little side-eye of “Who do you think you are?”. It also opened doors to fascinating opportunities and adventures.

Tending legacy from a place of ease

My name is Shari and as a producer, artist, entrepreneur and award-winning Production Designer I understand ambition, hustle, and wanting to build something significant. What I have discovered, after years of working with artists and entrepreneurs, is that living life fully acquainted with our inner being, that sacred space and building intentional family creates an optimal environment for growing peace, connectedness and fulfilment. And when we take care of those spaces it multiplies ease and allows us to build our legacy from a place of overflow.

How hustle culture diminishes authentic relationship

Performance and hustle culture may be responsible for a lot of your success or your game-winning grind but unfortunately, they do nothing to foster inner connectedness or authentic relationships. Strangely, success and prominence can be a double-edged sword. You can experience being “known” and its wealth benefits only to find out that the demands and many stressful sacrifices leave you in a relational vacuum, feeling isolated and startlingly unknown. Your life and your time can feel like they don’t belong to you.  But you should feel like your life is your own and that peace is possible.

When your sacred space shows up in your public space

Sad to say, not ordering personal and relational space often results in unresolved challenges in our sacred space showing up in public space. Eventually what’s going on quietly inside can show up obnoxiously outside and that can put your legacy at risk. It’s just a matter of time. In times like these, you need a soft place to land and a safe place to rebuild. Magnolia Institute is a three-fold progressive practice and gathering space for restoration, reconnection and future impact. The Magnolia Institute is designed to help Cultural Architects to rediscover peace through a practice of presence, connectedness and to establish a legacy with ease.

Collective creative genius is waiting for you

We have only just begun to see the legacy of humankind engaged in the restoration, reimagining and healing of the world. The colliding of your ordered personal and relational space with your creative genius will catalyze so many possibilities. Your time is now. Come and gather alongside a community of Cultural Architects that is rooted in peace and relationship to establish a generous legacy that moves from a place of ease.
